Navigation Hub & Community Resource Services
Bright Braille serves as a navigation support and community connection center for individuals, families, caregivers, and underserved communities seeking guidance with blindness, low vision, disability resources, healthcare access, and community wellness services.
We help individuals and families:
- Connect with local community resources and support programs
- Navigate Medi-Cal, managed care, and healthcare systems
- Access wellness services and healthcare support resources
- Find blindness and low-vision support organizations
- Discover digital accessibility and assistive technology resources
- Connect with housing assistance and supportive services
- Receive referrals to trusted nonprofit organizations and agencies
- Access caregiver support and family assistance resources
- Improve independent living and community engagement opportunities
Our mission is to bridge gaps in accessibility, increase community awareness, and connect people with the services and organizations best suited to their unique needs.
While Bright Braille does not currently provide formal Orientation & Mobility (O&M) training or direct assistive technology instruction, we actively help individuals connect with trusted organizations, accessibility professionals, and specialized support providers.
