Welcome to Bright Braille, a dedicated team on a mission to illuminate the lives of individuals with vision impairments. Our journey began with Denise Carter, one of our founders, who has personal experience living with retinitis pigmentosa.
Bright Braille, Inc. is a Sacramento-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on accessibility, advocacy, awareness, digital inclusion, and navigation support for individuals experiencing low vision, blindness, visual impairments, and accessibility barriers.
We serve as a Community-Based Organization (CBO) and Navigation Hub helping individuals and families connect to trusted community resources, healthcare systems, accessibility support, managed care services, and vision-related organizations throughout Northern California.
